Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Pizza, Pincushions, and Playing It Straight Shopify store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time
As the book is using a print-on-demand facility, all orders are processed to be printed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the processing time for book printer may be delayed.

Once the order has been received by the printers, the print time is around 3 - 5 business days. The print facility will print and ship the book to you from the printing facility nearest to your location.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Please note: due to COVID-19, there may be delays with your region's postal service. If you would like an update on your order, please contact: pizzaandpincushions@gmail.com with your name and order number.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. APO and PO Box addresses are available only through Mail and Priority Mail

Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Pizza, Pincushions, and Playing It Straight Shopify store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
The Pizza, Pincushions, and Playing It Straight Shopify store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries worldwide.

 

Refund Policy

Paperback copies of the book that are faulty, defective or do not match their description will be refunded where proof and defect is provided.

Refunds will not be provided in circumstances where the customer has changed their mind after purchasing any of the products including the electronic edition and the paperback edition.

Refunds will not be provided in circumstances for any reason relating to the content of any of the products including the electronic edition and the paperback edition.
